Session Fee Includes

- approx 20 min session at McKinley Park Rose Garden

- an online, gallery of your session

- a digital download of high-resolution files with a print release

1. Payment: The session/package fee is due at time of booking. Katherine Nicole Photography considers a session booked only upon receipt of payment. Session fees are for “time and talent” and are non-refundable.

2. Mini sessions may not be rescheduled. In the case of an emergency a credit for a future mini session may be issued at the discretion of Katherine Nicole Photography. In the case of inclement weather, the session may be rescheduled.

3. Katherine Nicole Photography takes utmost care to honor scheduled session times and to deliver products and services as promised. However, should Katherine Nicole Photography be unable to perform services due to illness, injury, family crisis, or unforeseen emergency, Katherine Nicole Photography reserves the right to reschedule the session within calendar year. If there is not a suitable time within calendar year, clients will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. If Katherine Nicole Photography fails to comply with this contract for any reason, liability is limited to the total amounts paid.

4. Your session images will be ready 10-14 days after your session. Clients’ online proofing gallery will be delivered via email and available for 30 days. Clients will be notified by e-mail when the gallery goes live. Client is responsible for download and backup of images upon delivery.

5. Images may not be reproduced or altered for any reason without prior written authorization. Commercial use of images is strictly prohibited. Katherine Nicole Photography reserves the right to display, publish, exhibit, alter, sell and disseminate images in any way unless otherwise stated by Client.
