Katie and Myles ♥︎ Married

I feel so lucky to live in this area. I get to photograph some of the most beautiful locations and Tahoe is one of my favorites. Katie and Myles are from Colorado, so it took some serious natural beauty to lure them to California for their wedding and Northstar Resort did just that. Plus everyone got to ride the chair lift up to the wedding, which is always a plus ;) Because these two were planning from afar I didn't get to meet them until the day before the wedding when they asked me to come photograph their rehearsal BBQ. I was introduced to all their lovely family, and we snapped photos by the lake. I was an awesome start to their wedding weekend. Their wedding followed with so much love and happiness from all in attendance. We were also treated to an amazing sunset!! All in all it was a pretty perfect wedding weekend.

Trina and CJ ♥︎ Married

I met these two at their engagement session and they had me cracking up the whole time :) CJ was telling me about his molding days (when he was 4) and Trina has some hilarious stories to tell about their relationship. They had a lovely afternoon wedding at the Grand Island Mansion and it was full of such fantastic energy. They adore one another and their family and friends were so so happy for them. The toasts were funny and heart felt and full of wonderful advise and funny stories. I so enjoyed documenting this day for them :)

Danielle and Ross ♥︎ Married

I love church ceremonies. Churches are so beautiful and meaningful to those that get married in them. Danielle and Ross's ceremony was lovely and full of beautiful sentiments about marriage. Then at their reception, their toasts were filled with just as much love and beautiful sentiments. I was touched by all the heartfelt well wishes for the happy couple. It was a pleasure to photograph it for them :0

Janet and Jeremy ♥︎ Married

Janet and Jeremy were married at one of my favorite venues, The Mountain Terrace in Woodside, CA. The grounds are stunning, the staff is fantastic and the wedding I've photographed there are always a blast :) These two opted for a first look, so we enjoyed some time together before the ceremony. They loved on each other and talked about how excited they were to be getting married. The smiles on their faces when the ceremony finally arrived says it all. Then Jeremy's best man gave one of the funniest speeches I have ever heard at a wedding. It was amazing! Another wonderful Mountain Terrace wedding on the books :)

Casey and Sasha ♥︎ Married

When Ithink of sweet stories, I think of Casey and Sasha. I won't go into too much personal detail, but this wedding was 11 years in the making!! It was clearly worth the wait for these two :) They had their puppy, Maggie, with them all day and their new little niece was on hand (in her Mother's arms) all day as well. The day was capped off with a beautiful sunset, romantic first dance and a packed dance floor!! All in all, a pretty perfect day :)
